I earned both a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Training Technologies and a Bachelor's in Business Management. This gives me a certain level of experience and expertise in systems analysis, communication design, and technological enhancement. My background includes several years of specialized retail experience and even television production. Recognizing that educated clients are as important as educated employees, I design and conduct well-received training seminars for both. These include workshops with modules that explain and analyze the critical aspects of residential title insurance and real property ownership. There are also several that address maximizing industry partnerships. I also instructed for the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals' Title One course.I am an active member of my church, serving as the Lay Leader and as a Certified Lay Speaker. Recently, I Chaired of the Board of Outdoor and Retreat Ministries, which manages two retreat properties totaling 200 acres. They offer programs to over 400 congregations in Northern Illinois. I also served on the Board of Directors of the James Jordan Boys and Girls Club in Chicago, Illinois. As a veteran, the son and brother of a veteran I also am active in the American Legion, serving as my post's chaplain.Specialties: From the title insurance side, I have a unique and objective perspective of the purchase and refinance process. Using that view, I can help buyers, borrowers, realtors and loan originators work together. On the training side, I have a lot of production and general design experience.
