Collaborated with leaders to implement a distributed operating model empowering ownership, leadership, management, planning, and execution – with emphasis on communication and change management, issues/risks, and cross-project coordination. Introduced product owners for five business functions developing capabilities across 15+ work streams. Defined actors, roles, and responsibilities, as well as escalation and governance structure.
