It is comprised of three independently operated companies, Integrys Ltd., ACA Tmetrix and Scientific Research Corp. which serve industrial, test and measurement and scientific instrument markets respectively.I have been associated with this company since 1975.

As President, I headed a 9 month turnaround and rebuilt the brand of this premier avionics and marine navigation equipment manufacturer. Over the next 10 years, the team I built made a major technology transition fueling consistent double digit growth in a dynamic retail electronics market. We fielded a dozen new products, most of which won awards as "best new product" from the respective marine and avionics industry associations.The company was acquired by the Brunswick Corporation in 2003 to become part of it's family of boat building companies.

I provided a portion of the seed capital to found this company and help it attract major VC funding and eventually a successful IPO.

I co-founded and managed Anatek from inception to $7M in revenue, with no outside funding. The company was acquired in 1987 by Gennum Corp. in Burlington, On.
