Oversees recruitment, admissions, financial aid, student records, and auxiliary services, employing a data-driven approach. Collaborates with various departments to support the College's goals in recruiting, retention, and finance. As a key member of the President's cabinet and the college’s senior leadership team, contributes to strategic planning initiatives and oversees critical areas essential for the college's short- and long-term success.

Led the enrollment management division, integrating undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, student records, and auxiliary services (housing, dining, transportation, and parking) into a matrix organization. Operated a cohesive division that optimized internal resources and built strong partnerships across the college. Successfully adapted to and planned for changes in recruitment, enrollment, housing, and dining during the global pandemic and the college's two-campus unification process.

Led the enrollment management division overseeing undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, and student records, achieving enrollment of over 400 new undergraduates, 220 new graduates, and retention of 1,400 students for a total annual enrollment of 2,000 students.

Direct the college's financial aid and undergraduate admissions offices, overseeing enrollment and aid offers for 400 new undergraduates annually and financial aid for 1600 continuing undergraduates and graduate students. Lead a team of 24 professional staff, and supervise combined operating and marketing budgets totaling one million dollars, along with a 23 million dollar institutional financial aid budget.

Lead a seven-member financial aid team with a 22 million dollar budget, distributing 45 million dollars in aid to 1700 students annually (1300 undergraduate and 400 graduate). Oversee all federal, state, and institutional financial aid operations and contribute to the college's enrollment management goals by setting strategic targets aligned with its mission and values for enrollment, revenue, retention, and financial aid.

Manage a team of four professionals overseeing financial aid operations in San Francisco, including policy reviews and internal audit controls. Handle the packaging, revision, and counseling of undergraduate and graduate students. Evaluate policies for alignment with organizational goals, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis for decision-making.

Managed financial aid for Graduate Business School students, overseeing awards, verification, and system updates. Streamlined processes to enhance awarding and delivery, and coordinated audit reviews.
