I currently sell residential Real Estate in the Phoenix East Valley area. Specifically Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale.

I owned and managed The Colbert Team Inc Real Estate. My duties included supervision of office staff and agents, new business development, file management, client contact, marketing, coordination of advertising, client database management, website maintenance, light bookkeeping, and more. The marketing portion included the creation of property flyers, writing ad copy, creating marketing materials for past and potential clients, web marketing, and input/updating of property information on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

I worked at the above mentioned real estate brokerage as a licensed sales associate. I worked closely with buyers and sellers as well as other agents and brokers. I was responsible for all aspects of real estate sales including writing and negotiating contracts and disclosures, and working with lenders, appraisers and title companies. I was also responsible for procuring new clients, marketing, advertising, website maintenance excessive lead follow up.

Hours Worked Per Week 40I supervised numerous maximum security inmates in a state correctional facility. Some of my duties included writing incident reports, responding to emergencies, enforcing department regulations, making arrests, making sound decisions in stressful situations and conflict resolution.
