As part of the leadership team at Centrewest Insurance Brokers, I oversee day-to-day operations while driving our strategic direction to ensure ongoing growth and success.In 2012, I returned to Western Australia to establish and manage Honan's Perth office. Before that, I led Honan's Victorian corporate division, where I also developed and managed global client portfolios through key networks like the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB), and the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). These roles allowed me to gain valuable insights into international markets and broaden my global experience.My career in insurance broking began in 1998 with mid-tier independent firms in Perth, and in 2002, I relocated to Melbourne to specialise in complex construction risks with Marsh, Aon, and IHGroup.
