Management of the first 5 sites to be moved back in house from the current provider to the IT services division of the Proctor and Gamble. Contracted by to work with Dell/NTTDATA on the services divestiture from Dell to NTTDATA. Project was focused on splitting off a number of Data Centers on the new NTTDATA infrastructure. Working as both Project Manager and Program Manager for the Lincoln, Plano, Omaha, and Florence Data Centers, using an Agile method for project deployment.Overseen the development team on moving and recreating key production applications. Applications used by the healthcare and insurance industry. Responsible for the movement of 120 TB of data used by the applications. Working with SQL developers, oracle development teams, and a number of custom complex applications requiring testing from multiple outside customers.Moved three U.S. call centers and seven call centers in China to new locations. Upgraded 2800 Plus PC from windows 7-32 bit OS to windows 10-64 bit OS for application requirements in the new call centers. Completed assigned work for conversion to NTTDATA. Moved from to the new Project Management Office. Focus was to build out the structure for the US PMO for NTTDATA. Managed the install of the new CA PPM for the U.S. based PMO, and worked with the SharePoint developers to build out a new document storage location.

My primary role was to identify the requirements need for the 2013 exchange build out and restrictions on the security of moving the data off the old GroupWise system to be decommissioned. Following the standard methods of Project management, we worked with the Architectural team on the design for the 2013 Exchange build out, Reviewed the migration method with the security teams, set up check meeting, defined the reporting structure, and confirmed budget for the project.

Contacted with IBM through Artech Information Systems. Responsibility was focused on the moving of Active Directory and Common Services from the current services provider to IBM. This take over of services was done for Astellas at a global scale. Key requirements were defined and strict methods of communication were developed. Enterprise level approvals were done through the parent company in Japan. Focus on key areas were required to insure the business stayed operational on a 24/7 bases. Astellas Pharma follows strict FDA guidelines to insure the quality of the products they produce. Astellas pays key focus on the Information technology services provider to insure the quality of there infrastructure and support of the critical applications used to run the company.

Contracted with IBM through Analysts International, this was to work with the application owners and IT Staff on Infrastructure Consolidation Project. This was done through consolidation methodology, and best practices to limit end user impact. The first phase of the project was to moving the applications from an Enterprise Novell environment to an Enterprise Windows environment. The second phase was to consolidate the new acquisition (Bank South in New Orleans) Active Directory Forest with the parent company (Capital One in Virginia) infrastructure. Several tasks were designed and developed to create a custom application remediation process to support current and future acquisitions. Determine the complexity and scope of the overall application remediation and migration effort. Identify applications that utilize LDAP or Active Directory and identify which applications will need to be remediated.

ACS is currently Scotts computer service provide and responsible for network, servers, and desktop operations. In addition to the U.S. locations one site in Canada and one site in Mexico were included as part of the project to test for future upgrades and migrations for a potential overseas project.
