Led 110 officer, enlisted and civilian personnel directly responsible for RQ-4 Global Hawk UAS operations and maintenance as tasked by National Command Authorities and United States European Command. Provided operational leadership and oversaw aircraft and ground shelter maintenance to produce near real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance data vital to national foreign policy. Maintained an annual operating budget of $2.1M while managing $150M in beddown construction projects. Established and articulated long term vision for Global Hawk operations in Europe & Africa.

Director of Operations of the nation's only RQ-4 Global Hawk Formal Training Unit (FTU). Directed all aspects of RQ-4 flight operations in compliance with Air Force, Major Command and local directives. Developed and executed Initial Qualification, Mission Qualification, Instructor Pilot and Sensor Operator Training. Lead development of entire RQ-4 Global Hawk curriculum for pilots and sensor operators, to include courseware, Air Force Instructions, training plans, simulators and Computer Based Trainers. Maintained mission qualification as an Instructor and Evaluator Pilot. Pioneered unmanned flight in the United States national airspace.
