I help people who struggle with sex addiction, addiction, affair recovery, mood disorders, and anxiety. I am passionate about helping families and couples work through trauma caused by sex addiction and sexual integrity issue.I have been counseling adults and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 2012. While I tailor a different therapeutic approach for each client, I utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Logotherapy, mindfulness training and other interventions to help my clients find "the way back."
