Project Management Branch Chief responsible for five project managers in the planning, design, contracting, construction, occupancy, and closeout of multi-million dollar commercial building renovation projects. Coordinated with Government Services Administration (GSA) and with professional and globally recognized architectural-engineering firms, suppliers, and vendors. Collected and developed customer requirements, compiled & reviewed volumes of design criteria, guided conceptual sketch ups, proofread and marked up full sets of CAD drawings, inspected construction work, participated in value engineering and green/LEED design, accepted work for government, and approved technical concepts of change orders and modifications. Through PowerPoint, MS Project, and site tours, provided project progress updates to CEO level leadership and staff. Projects include: 1 million SF Coast Guard Headquarters. 400 thousand SF of Class B/C office space. Numerous office reconfigurations, relocations, and expansions.

Worked extensively with Integrated Product Teams consisting of a matrixed workforce from executive leadership, technical professionals, trades workers, and government officials.
