Our Story: Founded in Bentonville, Arkansas, in 1994 as the Walmart Suppliers’ First Choice in Recruiting, CSA helped establish hundreds of consumer goods teams dedicated to sales, marketing, analytics, supply chain and finance support for Walmart, and we continue to lead the CPG industry almost 30 years later. In 2007, CSA expanded to recruit nationally for consumer goods vendors selling to all major retail and grocery accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, Home Depot, HEB and Amazon among others.
