I am a dynamic, energetic and innovative contributor in my current role as a qualified Quality Auditor (Diploma). With a proven track record in achieving results that exceed expectations and identified objectives, I have conducted both first and third party audits on integrated Quality (ISO9001), Environmental (ISO14001) and Health and Safety (AS/NZS4801) management systems for Telstra and contracted business partners. I am motivated by challenging problems and have been a pacesetter in maximising efficiency with in-house auditing methodologies through the use of Microsoft Office programs.My broad knowledge and the use of different concepts within an Enterprise Risk Management Framework will ensure risk management solutions are optimised to directly support businesses and customers. I am well experienced with scenario analysis tools such as Bow-Tie, cause and effect diagrams and root cause analysis. Coupled with my qualifications in Kepner-Tregoe and a Certificate of Attainment in Integrated Risk Management, I have advanced problem solving techniques that has allowed me to incorporate sound risk methodologies, articulate ideas and through quantitative analysis challenge and influence management when necessary. I have authored and implemented an Audit Management Plan based on the PMBOK framework and the requirements stated in ISO19011:2011 and other related standards, such as those included in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) guidelines.My interpersonal skill allows me to be result driven whilst interacting with key stakeholders including supplier relationships with the ultimate goal of proving successful outcomes. I am passionate in utilising my knowledge and expertise in promoting overarching improvements to management systems and processes to ensure that procedures meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
