Oversees all recruiting and employer engagement for UNF, including relationship management, on-campus recruiting activities, stewardship of established relationships and charting future employment growth for our students.Leads a team of seven higher-education professionals as apart of UNF's Industry Engagement group in Career Service, working with university and college leadership to establish and meet employer engagement goals. Works with local, regional and national partners in the corporate, non-profit and community landscapes. We bring over a thousand employers to campus each year for recruiting events, while promoting nearly 100,000 career and internship opportunities across our job board.

Teaches university coursework in the fields of Construction, Engineering, and Technology including Introduction to Construction Management, Engineering Co-Op, STEM Seminar, Computing Internship Program and Construction Seminar. Uses this platform to bring students together with great partners to illuminate the possibilities with a UNF Degree.

Led the College of Computing, Engineering & Construction's Career Development Center, including all student career development and employer engagement initiatives.

Managed all employer engagement and hiring partnerships for the Coggin College of Business at UNF.

Assisted with community and corporate giving activity for UNF Athletics and the UNF Foundation.
