-Visual Inspection and evaluation of Pressure Equipment, and Above Ground Storage Tanks for continued service.-Development, implementation and supervision of repair procedures.

-ITP development, review, implementation and sign-off.-Welding Inspection-New construction and repairs/alterations.-Hydro-testing witnessing-Quality Procedure development, review and implementation.

-The supervision of contractors working in facility construction related tasks-Monitoring their performance in Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule-Ensuring these contractors following applicable regulatory and company standards regulations, laws and requirements. -Completion of daily activity and cost reporting and submission to the applicable company individuals-Completing the receipting requirements for materials and services for facility projects and retain the required information in the construction binder.-Ensuring the appropriate documentation along with the appropriate coding is completed on contractor invoicing. -Approving the contractor schedules and approving any variances or additional expenditures from the proposed schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:-Maintain files, personal time sheets, job sheets, record of time worked per job or task.-Document the procedure according to job requirements.-Describe process for obtaining variances or modification of procedures if required.-Prepare written reports such as progress reports, incident reports, non conformance reports, etc.-Apply training and coaching skills for one to one training other field heat treatment technicians.-Act as company representative with clients, other trades and crafts, suppliers etc.-Use job drawings, prints and specifications to determine the site locations and procedures required.-Calculate power requirements, predicted expansion and contraction amounts, time and materials, area, volume, density, ratios, rates, using trade math formulas etc.-Describe the role of governing bodies and codes for heat treatment in North America.-Describe customer specifications for heat treatment.-Select or design the appropriate heat treatment procedure in accordance with specifications and codes.-Verify that heat treatment was done according to the specified code or specification.-Document procedures performed and transmit required documentation to client.-Maintain log books and shift reports.-Complete calibration certificates and conformance certificates.-Apply heat treatment for degassing or bake outs.-Use heat treatment equipment for line or ground thaw.-Use heat treatment equipment for drying refractories or curing coatings.-Perform pre weld heat treatment for common piping configurations.-Perform post weld heat treatment for common piping configurations.-Perform pre and post weld heat treatment for spheres, vertical and horizontal vessels.-Set up heat treatment equipment to compensate for complex geometry. -Use induction for heat treatment-Use combustible fuels for heat treatment-Use temporary or stationary furnaces for heat treatment.

· Coordinate and schedule work crews to cover customer requirements and requests.· Serve as subject matter expert (where qualified) or coordinate communication between subject matter expert and customer when consulting on a special project or application.· Provide guidance and counseling to field and supervisory personnel.· Serve as back up to the Branch Manager in their absence or upon request· Verify technician certifications/qualifications prior to assignment of field work.· Assists technicians in the field as necessary. · Ability to act as lead technician during field work and on-the-job training sessions.· Communicates and deals with customers and the public in a professional manner.· Coordinate and manage jobs with multiple crew and services.· Train and mentor field and supervisory personnel.· Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.· Properly completes all required forms and paperwork.· Ensures proper use of all company resources; including tools, equipment and vehicles.
