With 19 years of direct field, fabrication and project experience across the petrochemical, power generation, and mining industries I now lead multiple teams to deliver sustainable and innovative customer-centered solutions for steel fabrication and repair. Driven by a strong Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking coupled with sound and disciplined execution, I work inclusively with international multicultural teams. I thrive on challenges requiring clarity of strategy, and the need to win the hearts and minds of the market, customers, and team members. I'm inspired by progress and the endless possibilities it brings. Throughout my career, I've learned that collaboration, creative problem-solving, and curiosity for learning are essential to achieving results in any industry. With 20+ years’ of experience, I know what it takes to lead positive change while balancing customer experience and profitability. I am passionate about developing high-performing teams and long-term trusted relationships with my customers and partners.
