CurrentLead the operational fulfillment of our services to the hospitality industry. Managed projects to improve efficiency, innovation, and culture. Scheduled and oversaw 3-11 projects daily with our field teams. Partnered on the management of IT structure, both day-to-day and strategic. Managed the HR function for 11 states, covering 85+ employees, including recruitment, compliance, payroll and benefits administration.• Managed through the pandemic when a large majority of our client base was ordered closed. Increased our service offering and developed new client targets to maintain revenue targets.• Improved the interviewing process starting with more accurate job descriptions, more targeted questions, and getting the right internal people at the interviewing table; resulting in a decrease to employee turnover.• Rolled out new more environmentally friendly to our teams and clients, providing a safer experience for all stakeholders• Increased customer loyalty and reduced warranty by 30% by identifying the need to train our field employees to be more hospitality focused employees. Led a cross functional team to develop and rollout this initiative quickly in response to customer feedback.• Decreased IT & administrative expenses, while improving end user experience by continuously sourcing different vendors and having a thorough bid process.
