 Managed all aspects of Scott Robinson Construction and Design, in the design work, city entitlement work, construction work, financial control, and sale of residential homes and commercial construction projects. Peak employees 19 on the pay roll, over 9 peace work crews and many sub-contractors. Supervised the daily activities of my company which reached a peak employment level of 19 people and nine, two to three person “peace work” crews. Managed the construction of Doug Smith Chrysler’s new automobile showroom in Bountiful, Utah, complying with local building codes and the Fire Marshals regulations. Provided the expertise to design, draft and construct a major addition and renovation of a 110 year old historic pioneer house in Farmington, Utah while preserving the historically accurate appearance and meeting National guidelines. Provided the expertise to design and draft the plans for the addition and renovation of a second historic pioneer house in Farmington, Utah while preserving the historically accurate appearance. Personally designed and drafted the plans for 85% of the homes Scott Robinson Construction and Design built in Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties maintaining regulatory compliance. Developed banking relationships to finance the construction of “spec homes” as-well-as pre-sold homes. Project Manager Doug Smith Chrysler dealership in Bountiful, UT Project Manager for Architectural Firm of Allred Soffe Wilkinson & Nichols Inc. on new two story office building Murray, UT Constructed building for Sylvan Learning Center of Centerville.
