Most recently I have been an agile product manager/owner with IBM interacting with global development teams to deliver and enhance applications that generate quotas for 40k+ sellers as well as pay the sellers based on their ability to meet or exceed those quotas. We've taken our overall IBM Sellers Incentives portfolio of applications from a mainframe environment to a cloud environment which offers greater flexibility and cost savings to the delight of our customers while processing 170+ terabytes of data. Prior to that position, I managed a global team that delivered business intelligence and performance management solutions. That management position evolved from the prior position as a business intelligence solutions lead and technical team lead with a strong history of delivering solutions on time and within budget to the IBM sales team and sales support team.Outside of work I enjoy playing, coaching and refereeing soccer. I'm a big fan of my wife and daughters and their accomplishments. I love God, my family, my friends and our 2 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats.
