Eclipse Tool and Die takes pride in our ability to design and build high quality innovative tooling that will result in part quality from consistent dependable tooling.At Eclipse Tool and Die, I am part of a team that is responsible for strategic planning, sales, customer satisfaction, new business, engineering and estimating analysis. This requires ongoing collaboration between our customer base, the sales and estimating team and engineering. As a leader my day-to-day responsibilities include Team Building: Bringing management, engineering departments and tool building employees on the plant floor together to develop a superior product for our customers.
