I have a background in training soft skills, customer service skills, and sales, as well as teaching college-level psychology courses. I also have experience with curriculum development in both an auto insurance and call center environment. My psychology teaching experiences carry directly into corporate training and introduces a stronger people-focused.

I assisted in the development of training materials for the manager in training program for SRS. This was a short-term contract role, so it was intensely focused. I developed approximately 15 instructor-led presentations and participant guides for the program. Additionally, I completed final reviews of the materials in preparation for its November roll-out.

Was a member of the training team in the newly relocated Chubb Fire and Security call center. Constructed and completed induction training to develop approximately 125 new call center associates. Developed training materials, created knowledge check instruments (quick checks, formal paper-and-pencil evaluations and role-play evaluations), facilitated.

Conducted day-long soft skills training seminars (e.g. leadership/motivation, presentation skills, management, train-the-trainer) in the East Midlands area. I also acted as a formal proctor (invigilator) for various professional exams (PRINCE, change management).
