Responsible to research, develop, evaluate, and present competitive/market opportunities synchronous with SEF mission and make recommendations to the Director of Technical Services. Responsible to advise the Director of Technical Services on key planning issues, strategies and opportunities, as well as prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports outlining mission accomplishments with respect to financial contributions, disbursements and energy related metrics developed in each project.
