Project Director focusing on Automotive facilities.

Responsible for leading and coordinating the work of the design team, including project consultants, to produce design deliverables on schedule and administer bidding & construction services.Individual responsibilities have included:- Conducting zoning analysis and building code reviews- Executing schematic design based on client brief and code analysis- Facilitating public entitlement process- Leading production of construction drawings and specifications.- Administering bid process including RFI responses and addendums- Facilitating public entity approvals as required (permits, Housing Authority approvals, etc.)- Administering construction services including site inspections, OAC meetings, Change Order review/approval and Pay Application review/certification- Assembling and processing green building certification application materialsExperienced working with municipalities on Planned Development approvals and zoning modifications. Additional experience working with the Illinois Housing Development Authority, Iowa Finance Authority and US Department of Housing and Urban Development on projects utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and HUD financing.Please see Projects section below for further details.

Interned with Facilities Design & Construction Department, working on various office renovation & facility management projects; surveyed facilities for BOMA leasing standards compliance.
