    As Assistant Director of IT Services at Asbury University, I work closely with the Assistant VP of IT Services to shape the department's vision and direction. As a senior member of the IT Services Management Team, I help lead the department in developing new practices, assessing IT policies with a security focus, and recruiting top IT talent.A crucial part of my role is researching, reviewing, and evaluating vendors for new products and services, balancing costs with value.     As Network Manager, I oversee the Network Team, comprising 3 Systems Administrators and 1-2 student workers. Working with the Network Manager and with the assistance of an Apple Engineer we tested and implemented Active Directory binding of all campus Mac computers. Prior to this time frame binding Mac computers to Active Directory was not possible.
