• Worked with Python, Git, Bash, ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana on the Fulfillment By Amazon - Inventory Team• Developed a way to better search through application logs in an effort to help oncall engineers cut down their time finding the root cause of issues• Created a daemon that searched through logs for particular patterns using Logstash. Logs were converted to JSON and sent to an Elasticsearch instance where they could be searched through and filtered with a Kibana dashboard• Outcomes of the project include a reduction in the time taken to search through application logs from minutes to a few seconds
