A key member of the senior management team within the organisation who is responsible for operations in the North Division, which include 4 main bases; Leeds, Birmingham, Bolton and Lincoln.• Managed the performance, professional development, and training of all the staff within the North Division. Responsible for ensuring the Service Level Agreement Targets (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were met, which resulted in the seamless transfer of mental health service users across the North of England.• Executed sound contract management with NHS Trusts’ and private hospitals. As the key account holder in the North Division responsibilities included implementing the mobilisation stages of new contracts, negotiating specifics during the tender process and attending regular review meetings post the ‘go live’ dates. This resulted in the successful delivery of a robust service which has furthered the company’s recognition within the NHS as credible private provider.• As part of the company’s strategy to expand, I was involved in the recruitment drive across the entire country for a variety of roles and was solely responsible for the relocation of the Leeds base. This resulted in being able to meet our demand versus capacity requirement without hindering the operation.
