The dxcare.com platform was created to support care coordination, transitions of care and care management across the continuum. The platform is designed to support emerging models of care including Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH), concierge medicine and concierge case managers.

At Allscripts led development for Care Management (formerly ECIN product), Homecare and Emergency Department product development teams. Development teams where worldwide including Bangalore, India, Lviv, Ukraine and multiple locations in the United States. Using Agile methodology we developed the most successful working model in Allscripts for efficient software development across the geographical locations.Also, led data center operations for Allscripts Care Management and successfully managed infrastructure build out and scale during a period of very high growth.

Was founding CTO having initially created the ECIN Web-based discharge-planning product while at GroupWorks. ECIN created the first SaaS Internet accessible healthcare IT application in 1995, to automate the discharge planning process from a hospital to post-acute care providers. ECIN and Allscripts ultimately built a network of 1000 acute care and 11,000 post-acute care organizations and pioneered the use of Web browser-based client utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the front-end and scalable multi-tenant database and shared network infrastructure.Assisted with raising three rounds of capital; $3M in Series A, $17M in Series B and $3.5M in Series C funding. ECIN achieved $19M in revenue before being sold to Allscripts in December 2007 for approximately $90M. Today known as Allscripts Care Management this application generates $100M in revenue and has very high net margins.The ECIN product grew from a discharge planning application into also supporting hospital case management, utilization review and documentation integrity for RAC audits. ECIN created the concept of electronic transitions of care. Studies with hospital customers have shown that ECIN reduced readmissions by appropriate matching and providing updated, comprehensive and readable clinical information to perspective post-acute providers.

Founded and ran boutique software consulting company that worked with some of the largest software development companies in the USA, including Microsoft, Borland and others. Created initial product prototype that led to merger with ECIN.

Led development for Whitewater's line of software development tools for Windows. This included the Actor a Smalltalk like development environment, Resource Toolkit and database tools.
