I love the craft of full-lifecycle product management and preparing companies for acquisition or exit.For Sift, a market leader of AI-centric SaaS trust and safety solutions for digital businesses, I led a 10 person product team as we improved time to value for new customers by 50%, updated pricing to better align billing to customer value, adopted KPIs for all products, and improved internal communication and alignment.At Truckstop.com, a leading provider of SaaS solutions that keep the trucking and freight industry moving, I led a team of 21 as we defined new products, re-platformed and rebuilt the flagship product, integrated a collection of applications, implemented new processes and systems, and introduced powerful practices including Continuous Discovery and Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation.Prior, I was the first Product Manager at Kount, a SaaS company which uses AI for eCommerce fraud prevention, and spent 5+ years building the product function, defining new products, and was promoted to oversee product management. I came into product from a technical and solution consulting background, with a BS in Computer Science, I spent 7 years as a Software Engineer in R&D at Hewlett-Packard, then became employee #9 for a startup with a smart sensor product. Later I spent 6 years in solution consulting roles, first for Healthwise, a leading health information provider, and then for a SaaS startup enabling customized printing solutions. I love building cultures of collaboration across Product, Development, and Design, and I’m known as a smart, genuine, and empowering leader.
