About Scott Meister

Over thirty years ago I started as the sole programmer at a company with one text based DOS program. I've helped Attainment grow to become an industry leader and to direct the company and its programmers to create rich multimedia software with game like graphics and a unified user interface experience. My biggest strengths have been keeping projects on time and on budget. Over the years I've worn many hats, including IT, created and launched the first company website, and was a key player bringing the GoTalk augmentative communication device to market.As a programmer, I am responsible for the core library that all Attainment curriculum software uses. It is cross platform to run on Windows, Macintosh, iPad, Android, and web. I do all of this and I still am the primary programmer of 1-3 projects a year.As an artist, I do my best to assure that our software looks and performs the way our software artists intend. I wrote code to parse SVG images and will often tweak and hand-code the artists' original to make it all work. I will also often create new art and animation based on the original artist's image.
