Led a global tech team spun off from Velti, consisting of 60+ members in product, engineering, design, and QA. Managed teams in US, UK, Greece, and India. Owned design and implementation of a 24/7/365 SaaS platform, delivering billions of messages each month for enterprise customers and responsible for >$90 million in annual revenue.Worked to unify product offerings in mobile engagement across markets (US, Europe, and India). Defined common technical architecture and development practices globally. Expanded US product line to include push notifications, MMS, OTT, and voice. Led design effort for company branding (logo, style guides, product UX, all aspects of visual identity). Gathered requirements, designed, and implemented Info Center, Air2Web’s reporting portal, providing advanced metrics and visualization for customers' SMS message traffic.Led all UI development for Air2Web and completed a visual redesign of entire product line.

Served as lead on dozens of web application projects, many focused on executive reporting, content management, and incentive management. Conceived and implemented projects leading to four patent submissions. Awarded two patents (6,990,495: System and method for finding persons in a corporate entity and 7752331: Information gateway manager for multiple devices). Utilized a wide range of J2EE APIs and technologies including Spring, Struts, EJB, JSP, servlets, etc. Non-Java technologies include AJAX, JavaScript, DHTML, and XML.Pioneered a system of news feeds across BellSouth leveraging XML technologies such as RSS to distribute news feeds among dozens of intranet servers. Managed developer accounts and access and provided support for dozens of developers working in corporate intranet environment. Served as primary technical resource for team, offering advice and suggestions on web enabling business and IT processes. Administered and managed all configuration changes for over 20 web server and application server instances.
