Key contributor to cdma2000 specifications defining SMS, over-the-air service provisioning, R-UIM (cdma200 SIM), data services, parameter value assignments, and mobile equipment identifiers.• Served as Chair of 3GPP2 TSG-C Working Group 1 and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR 45.5 Working Group 1 (applications and services) resulting in the publication of all international and North American cdma2000 standards for over-the-air user services, data services, and voice/video codecs. • Served as Chair of 3GPP2 TSG-C SWG1.4 and the TIA TR 45.5 Task Group 1.4 (ancillary services) resulting in the publication of all international and North American cdma2000 standards for text messaging, over-the-air service provisioning, and R-UIM (cdma2000 SIM).
