I am leading the development and take-to-market of teams that provide best-in-class advice and support in Benefits and Pensions, RIsk Management and Board Governance. Our new flexible benefits system, 4Me, and our risk management software, Celestia, are modern systems specifically designed by experts to embed best practice at affordable prices. As the Managing Partner responsible for our rapidly expanding SIPP administration and SSAS offerings, my focus is ensuring we offer a market-leading service backed by efficient technology. Before my current role, I was Head of Insurance & Longevity Consulting for almost 10 years and am proud of the significant progress we made in that time, establishing ourselves as market-leaders in our core offerings of BPA, Capital validation and longevity analyses through building deep and expert knowledge into those teams. As you can see, I am a leader who likes to provide a clear vision of how teams can succeed, supports the team in developing and delivering and helps solve the problems that inevitably occur on the journey.
