CurrentArticulate product value propositions and propose the appropriate solution to customers within the scope of the company’s offerings. Collect and analyze gun crime data from potential customers using tools, such as ESRI ArcGIS and Google Earth Pro, to develop gunshot detection coverage zones in communities most affected by gun violence. Identify technical issues to assure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Support the sales team in meeting sales objectives and establish and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle. Ensure that customer needs are met by meeting regularly with other members of the sales and customer success team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as engineering, operations, product management, research and development, and senior company managers. As a Salesforce administrator, customize, develop, and maintain all CRM functionality utilized by sales and customer success departments, including the development of policies and training of staff. Planned and executed the company’s exhibition at trade show events, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Develop and perform product demonstrations for prospective customers, media, and investors at corporate headquarters and trade show events. Train sales & customer success staff on performing product demonstrations. Contribute content for formal proposals, FAQs, sole source justifications, and marketing collateral. Analyze competition and maintain records in Salesforce of their respective strengths, weaknesses, and threats. Train sales staff how to position ShotSpotter products and services against potential competitors.
