Scott Cannon is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in the federal government. He is the Vice President leading Delivery Excellence at MetaPhase Consulting, supporting all 40+ contracts and 330+ team members in providing exceptional delivery. In addition, he is leading our DHS ICE account.Scott has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and programs. He has a deep understanding of the federal government's acquisition process and is skilled in building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Scott is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SaFE Agilist, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.In his previous roles, Scott has held senior leadership positions at The Leading Niche and Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. In these roles, he has successfully led teams of up to 40+ members and delivered exceptional results on complex projects for a variety of federal agencies, from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to General Services Administration (GSA) to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Science Foundation, among others.Scott is a go to problem solver in Program Management Office strategy and establishment. Scott led several PMOs to garner buy-in, build advocacy, establish governance, and implement strategic initiatives designed to advance mission effectiveness.
