With over 29 years of experience in the communications and agricultural industries, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers and partners in the Midwest and beyond. I also leverage my skills in problem solving and decision making, which I honed through a certification from Kepner-Tregoe, to help the company navigate complex and dynamic situations and deliver optimal solutions.One of my core competencies and passions is climate policy and strategic communications. I believe that Feed Energy has a vital role to play in advancing the sustainability and resilience of the agricultural sector, as well as the communities in which we operate. That is why I am actively involved in shaping and communicating the company's policies and initiatives on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, enhancing animal welfare, and supporting local development. I also serve as a member of the board of directors of two organizations that share our mission and values: Feed Energy Company and WesleyLife Foundation.
