Scott leads B&G Foods’ legal, regulatory, securities law compliance, compliance & ethics, public relations, corporate communications, crisis management, enterprise risk management and corporate social responsibility functions. Scott also serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Board’s audit, compensation, nominating & governance, risk and corporate social responsibility committees, and is responsible for all corporate governance matters. Scott also advises on and administers B&G Foods’ executive compensation program. Scott has negotiated and advised on dozens of acquisitions, divestitures, and public and private debt and equity financing transactions.
