Before SEG, I helped build the leading teacher assessment organization, turned around a large, failing national assessment program, started an internet education company and launched the first online large-scale assessment program, and developed Intellimetric, the first commercially successful AI-based, open-ended question scoring application.I earned my Doctorate in measurement, research, and policy from UMASS Amherst after earning my Masters in instructional communication research at WVU.
