Implemented a Point of Sale system throughout the organization, Implemented COR Health and Safety requirements, restructured the managers pay structure to focus on profitability of their respective branch, restructured the sales commission plans to include a margin component not simply gross sales, closed a non-profit making branch, opened a new branch in Vancouver, revised the PacWest web site, implemented a central supply tool room, launched an e-commerce web site focused on residential sales.

I was the top selling rep. for security in North America for 6 years running, with annual sales in excess of $ 6M. Awarded Presidents sales award four times in the six years.As a BDM I helped create the first General Agreement with an Aboriginal community, a first for Tyco. Closed the largest life safety award in SimplexGrinnell history for the CHUM hopsital.
