I have served as a general outside business counsel to many clients, which include manufacturers, community banks, financial services organizations, general and subcontractors, real estate investors, and professional service providers. When working with a client, it is important to understand the client's goals and then collaboratively develop solutions to assist the client achieve the goals through delivering exceptional legal services.
