Emma holds a BBA & B-Arts Psychology and has 20 years of HR experience across the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Funds Management industries. In a world of increasing automation, Emma is passionate about creating unique and highly personalised experiences for Charter Hall's 600 employees across Australia. Over her 12 years there, Emma has contributed to the Group’s significant growth as an ASX100 listed company, enabled by a transformational change agenda that delivers initiatives to sustain high levels of performance at pace over the long term.
