As Head of the SRS Innovation Center, I bring a unique combination of business and technical skills that enable collaboration with key stakeholders from all areas of the organization. Understanding the customer and recognizing pain points are critical to this role. The position requires researching constantly changing technologies and finding unique ways to apply them to customer-facing and internal opportunities. This is a hands-on role, responsible for planning, building, and delivering pilot projects for the SRS Distribution family of companies.

Senior Business Objects/Desktop Intelligence/Web Intelligence Developer. Major projects include:• Successful and on time conversion to the Business Objects XI Enterprise platform. As project lead, involved in all phases of project including design, installation and configuration, database architecture, Universe design and development, report building, custom modifications via the Business Objects XI SDK, security and system administration. • Build and support custom BI applications using Adobe Flex and Java• Deliver support and consulting services on business intelligence projects for multiple groups across the organization. • Completed a successful migration from Informix, Oracle and Teradata to the Netezza Data Warehouse Appliance which resulted in huge performance gains while saving the company over 1 million dollars in annual maintenance.
