This team plans, develops, delivers, and operates joint, interoperable command and control capabilities on a global scale while defending an enterprise infrastructure in more than 42 countries. Led 25 military and 10 Local Nationals in a Technical Control Facility Japan (Data Control Center). My team and I maintained over 1K telecommunication circuits supporting over 55K customers across the Western Pacific. My primary responsibilities were to coordinate Japan-wide communications Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) for 42 Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) node sites. I reported status of DoD Information Network (DoDIN) mods, degradations, service outages & upgrades to Theater Network Operations Center. I led the Quality Assurance evaluator program for multiple sites across Japan ensuring Defense Information Systems Agency standards were complied with. Other responsibilities include maintaining the Technical Control Facility (TCF) records and telecommunications equipment for over 1.4K assets totaling $55M in funding. These processes required direct coordination with Joint Staff agencies. I also acted as the Circuit Actions manager for Mainland Japan DISA Pacific. My secondary responsibilities included IT Projects in activating and deactivating circuit installations/IT equipment with various contractors throughout Japan and S. Korea. Lastly, I acted as the training manager for 35 member's and maintained our annual training budget ($50K) within the Tech Control Facility. (Data Control Center)

Managed the installation, configuration and operation of base C4I network infrastructure valued at over $35M. My team and I maintained inter-networking router/switch hardware to ensure optimum operation of transmission media circuits. We Installed and configured 18 Information Transfer Nodes, 400 End Building Nodes and 60 wireless access points. We provided access to 12K network accounts on Kadena Air Base, Camp Foster, Camp Kinser and Camp Courtney.
