Scott Smith is an accomplished sales and business development leader with over 30 years of industry experience in delivering innovative and worldwide customer contact support services and solutions. He currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Altiam CX, a leading provider of customer experience management and digital transformation services.In his previous roles at Sitel Group and Sykes Enterprises, Smith established and maintained great personal and business relationships with major technology companies and beyond, generating more than $175M in new, top-line revenue. He also applied his expertise in information technology, managed services, and customer service to resolve challenging business requirements and leverage best practices from other key markets. Smith holds an MBA from Seattle Pacific University and a BS in Economics from Northern Arizona University. He is also actively involved in his community, serving as an elected representative to his neighborhood council and cofounding his neighborhood's Farmers Market.
