Scott is a consultant with more than 20 years’ experience, specializing in technology enabled customer business transformation. He has a profound understanding of how institutions can leverage technical architecture in their business strategy.Scott has extensive experience consulting, designing and delivering programs for Global ICT Vendors and Partners including AWS, Cisco, BT, IBM, Logicalis, EVRY, SCC, ENGIE, Vodafone, Dimension Data, Atende, Ciena and ProComm.He is the lead designer of the Cisco Business Value Certification program, responsible for the design and development of the content and successfully delivering the program to global audiences. He is also responsible for designing and developing an accredited TOGAF Certification program and Global Knowledge’s Business Architecture Transformation Program.Before working at DSA Practice, Scott spent several years with NCR taking the lead in designing and delivering sales enablement programs to their world-wide financial line of business.Scott also has a wealth of experience in the multi-modal design and delivery of technical, networking and software training. He has designed and delivered complex and highly successful enablement projects for groups as diverse as sales, engineering, product management groups and end customers.

• Working with Department Managers to establish the training needs of their teams• Creation and delivery of engaging, interactive e-learning and Face to Face training materials• Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and providing technical support to learners• Planning realistic deadlines (in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders) for delivery of content and managing each project to ensure these are met• Managing the lifecycle of training material, updating and revising where needed and in response to User / technical feedback (bugs and fixes, copy corrections, subject updates etc.)• Creating detailed reports of learning activities and reports for senior management and Department Managers• Project managing learning projects, working closely with stakeholders subject matter experts and clients across the business to meet deadlines
