Achievements include:Led a critically important “speed to market” work stream as part of the multi-million pound procurement, integration and implementation of an advanced insurance sales platform. This resulted in the launch of the platform one year ahead of original projections, enabling the business to realise business case benefit sooner and reduced the cost to deliver.Pioneered the use of Agile Scrum delivery within the Insurance & Wealth Division, recruited and trained a Scrum team, defined and implemented a new business change process, and within 6 months had delivered a 70% uplift in change throughput into the Home Insurance business. Ranked No 1 out of 50+ competitors (including market leaders Moneysupermarket.com, Gocompare.com and Confused.com);Achieved a 60% increase in product exposure within the marketplace by project managing, from concept to launch, a web based solution into the home insurance sales channel, enabling modern and fast B2B transactions between Lloyds TSB and third party price comparison websites.
