Currently with Veolia WTS and manage a team of Regional Managers and sales professionals covering the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. Our focus is to understand what is important to the customer from both a commercial and technical perspective (CTQs - critical to quality). We work with customers to evaluate outsources service contracts and short term mobile water treatment solutions versus capital purchases, helping to arrive at an accurate cost to treat for comparison purposes.Once a project looks favorable we then work with the customer team to develop a financial justification for the project. This typically becomes the basis for internal approvals and approvals.
