With nearly 20 years of design experience that includes cross-departmental collaboration in agency environments, building in-house creative teams, and managing client relationships as a freelancer, I’ve learned how to work smarter.Working smarter means asking the right questions, anticipating potential issues, being flexible, empowering others and proactively communicating. It also means that big-picture thinking is ingrained into my approach. When I start a new project, I begin concepting “with the pitch in mind” — always working toward a vision. I am a problem solver, and I thrive in environments where I am trusted upon for both my design instincts and my strategic input.Lastly, I strive for excellence in my work and help the members of my team to do the same. Fast-paced work environments as well as juggling multiple projects and deadlines are second nature for me.
