I am an entrepreneurial minded self-starter who's passionate about relationship building. My career successes can be attributed to the strong work ethic and a drive for excellence ingrained in me from growing up as the son of a Naval Submarine Commander. The wildly varied experiences of moving every 2 years growing up made me an outgoing, quick-learning, highly adaptive people-person with a can-do mentality.From a young age, I learned the value of hard work through manual labor jobs. My early positions with JC Penney, Marriott and Hyatt taught me the compounding effect of exceeding client expectations. While the majority of my experience is in the hospitality industry, my diverse background, varied personal interests, and ability to learn quickly will allow me to succeed in many professional environments. I love having a positive impact on organizational success through sales, training, public speaking, brand perception, awareness and positioning. I believe that customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals are powerful keys to success. In dynamic, changing environments, I enjoy analyzing processes and results in order continually enhance and improve products, services and customer experiences.
