Developed the strategic direction, business planning, analysis, architecture and design of the BizAtLarge product line. Lead the development and implementation of the ASP (Application Service Provider). The product included a web interface to allow customers complete control of NT administration, documents, projects, MS Exchange and 3rd party windows applications. The role required both involvement in the firms direction as a business and hands on and leadership in developing the strategy of the web based architecture and applications.
