CurrentIT Leader of University Systems, Corporate Systems, Application Development, and Integration Key Accomplishments:Turned around a struggling Infor Lawson implementation bringing the ERP system live to support accounting, payroll, supply chain, grant management, and core HR functions. Managed program to enhance ERP to include XM (Expense Management), HR Position Budget Control, Talent Acquisition, and full GHR workflows. Created a comprehensive digital and web strategy that served as a roadmap providing institutional direction for Web content, organization document management, and scanned images. Contributed to Rush Digital Health Strategy and Staff Engagement programs including the development of mobile apps with integration into Epic, ERP, Payroll, ServiceNow and procurement. Architected ServiceNow program to move Rush’s ad-hoc activities to Enterprise workflows and delivered easy to use catalog of standard processes. Built a Quality IS Program that defined an achievable methodology to plan and deliver the technology required to open a new hospital building with no critical system issues.Architected and delivered an integration platform to support the EPIC EMR for 3 hospitals and over 150 clinics, communicating with over 200 interconnected systems including Lab, Radiology, Food services, Transport, etc.Directed a team of over 55 FTEs responsible for all of Rush’s Corporate IS, Enterprise application architecture, custom application development, database administration, Web development, DMS (Document Management), CMS (Content Management), collaboration, and integration to deliver dozens of major new projects each year while continuing to support and optimize the continued operations of existing systems. Directed data warehouse and analytics development team whose achievements included MU (Meaningful Use) attestation ahead of schedule for the first two years of the program.
