Led our Legal Practice Management solution from post-launch into the growth stage (+200% growth in customers, +350% growth in MRR). Collaborated across Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Engineering teams. Improved and/or introduced several product development processes: discovery, prioritization, user analytics, roadmaps and release communications. Developed a product strategy and messaging to further differentiate its offerings.

Directed team of four video technicians by coordinating assignments, providing training, and producing film. Reduced coach’s waiting time for film after practice by 50%. Promoted after first season by demonstrating great leadership ability and high performance behind the camera. Implemented new technology for internet video exchange within the Mountain West Conference shortening exchange workflow by 80%.
