Re-branded human resources program by creating working partnerships and transparency with all university departments. Created new on-boarding process for employees to help increase employee engagement. Developed a two track supervisor training for supervisors with focus on employee engagement, retention, and compliance. Co-Chaired our Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Established initiative to increase our diversity by creating new relationships with minority communities. Examples include starting relationships with the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, helping found the Central Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, and partnering with the Columbus Black Nurses Association.
