I generated the mission, vision, objectives, and framework for enterprise wide efficiency for a major command of 38,000 personnel, 230 aircraft, 10 wings, 105 geographically separated units. Driving innovation and efficiency for an annual budget of $4.3 billion and assets valued at $38.1B supported US security interests in 99 countries.

Coordinated operational and staff activities for the JDF-I commander and joint force of 3,500 personnel in support of the largest exercise ever between the US and Israel for the ballistic missile defense of Israel. Championed a new joint structure that reduced both costs and safety risk to personnel by 75 percent, operating costs by 25 percent, all while increasing operational efficiency by 25 percent. Chief of Israeli Defense Forces lauded, and Chief of Isreali Air Defense Forces sited it as the most successful exercise between US forces and Israeli Defense Forces.

Led a dynamic team of 50 operational experts in supporting warfighting for 7 contingency requirements including combat air patrol, recconnaissance operations, airfield management, space operations, mobility operations, and information operations. His team monitored ongoing operations for over 230 aircraft, led all operational planning teams, and provided operational support for all Air Force missions in Europe and Mediterranean. Similar to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a company of 33,000.

Oversaw $125 million annual budget for 3 groups and 16 squadrons, including two training units and Air Combat Command's largest programmed flying training program. Chaired AFSO21 council, environmental council, financial management board and weapon system requirements board. Similar to Senior Vice-President (VP) of a medium sized company.

Led a team of 47 military, civilian and contract personnel in staffing and developing Air Force policy for management, production, distribution, training and evaluation of 32,000 officer and enlisted aircrew in all aircraft. Directed development, programming & execution of trng initiatives sourcing $32B for flying trng, exer & simulators. Overseaw Air Force's 2.2M-hour, $8B annual flying training pgrm & the Air Force & coalition DMO/LVC pgrms. Led team that created new officer and enlisted Remotely Piloted Aircraft career fields, man and train MC-12W Project Liberty, mitigated 2000+ rated officer shortfall.

Senior Instructor Pilot of 10 in the formal training unit for all pilots training in 5 variants of RC/OC/WC-135. Led 4 month training course that provided 30 trained and qualified pilots for 5 different squadrons annually.

Led administration of wing's annual appraisal system, award program, recognition inititatives, and promotion systems at the direction of the wing commander for the wing's 7000 personnel. Led tasking and tracking system for all internal, external, and customer projects, reports and tasks.

Launch & early orbit checkout. Analyzed daily health of 5-satellite low earth orbit constellation. Adjusted satellite hardware and software to prevent malfunctions. Responded on call to major satellite anomalies.
